Biography

Brian was born in the St. Louis area and has lived in various areas of the Greater St. Louis area all of his life. Brian serves individual and business clients in a variety of legal matters. Brian specializes in helping his clients protect their assets from creditors, and helps them to secure a brighter future by helping them obtain the means to take care of themselves and their family. Brian has aggressively pursued his clients’ interests and achieved very favorable outcomes. He has taken multiple matters to trial and has also assisted in the prosecution of claims for government benefits, including veterans pension claims, veterans disability compensation claims, and Medicaid claims, on behalf of his clients. He has assisted in helping hundreds of veterans and their families obtain VA benefits and has also assisted in training other attorneys throughout the United States in doing the same. Brian has worked for multiple law firms and a judge throughout the past several years and has experience in multiple areas of law and litigation.

Brian is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Bar of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri. He is accredited through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs to assist in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans benefits before their agency. Brian holds a position with the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis’ Young Lawyer’s Division as the Chair of the Bridging the Gap Committee which focuses on introducing newly admitted attorneys to local judges, prominent attorneys, and other members of the Missouri Bar through special events. Brian is a member and past President of the High Octane chapter of Business Network International. Brian is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Elder Care USA, Veterans Care USA, Medicaid Practice Systems and the West County Chamber of Commerce.
